Jennifer Grippa to participate on panel: “Arbitration Clause Drafting: Pitfalls- Considerations and Pitfalls”; Stephen McKinney will participate on an Arbitration Ethics panel.
Jennifer Grippa and Stephen McKinney, both mediators and arbitrators at Miles, will participate in the 12th annual Arbitration Institute on March 12-13, 2019. The program will provide a skills-based training on how arbitrators and attorneys can more effectively manage critical aspects of the arbitration process– from determining arbitration jurisdiction to motions; discovery; drafting arbitration agreements and much more. The program will address issues relevant to both US and international arbitration. In addition to participating in the ethics panel, McKinney will host the Arbitration Institute on behalf of the State Bar of Georgia Dispute Resolution Section.
The program will take place at Miller & Martin on March 12 and the State Bar of Georgia Bar Center on March 13.
