Through hard work and dedication, while adjusting to changes in the legal landscape, we are delighted to offer additional episodes that provide insights on thriving in challenging times. We wanted to make our new podcast episodes the #1 resource for the latest developments in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and a resource for evolving trends and inspiring stories impacting the legal community.

As a leader in alternative dispute resolution services, we believe it is essential to present our thought leadership and expertise to the legal community on an easy to use, easily accessible, platform. Our mission is to provide our clients, partners, and legal professionals with valuable up to date information and share our knowledge in the field of ADR.

Our goal with this re-launch is to provide our audience with advanced ADR topics and practical insights and advice shared by prominent legal practitioners. Topics featured in Season 3 include:

  • How companies plan on approaching ADR going forward;
  • Lessons and insights from General Counsel
  • Attorney mental health
  • State laws and the trend toward mandatory ADR;
  • Commercial litigation and the case for ADR;
  • How their peers are integrating ADR into their practices;
  • How changing jury perceptions add an extra layer of uncertainty to litigation outcomes;
  • How clients view ADR, among other topics.

We will be continually updating our content with in-depth conversations, ADR successes, and thought leadership on our podcast.

In addition to episodes featuring General Counsel for Cox Automotive and Crawford & Company, there are several forthcoming episodes, recorded while in quarantine: newly-appointed Georgia Supreme Court Justice Carla Wong McMillian, David Fried of Fried Bonder, and Court of Appeals Judge Ken Hodges. Past seasons have included guests such as former American Bar Association President Linda Klein, former Georgia Supreme Court Chief Justice Leah Sears, prominent domestic attorney Randy Kessler, and many prominent legal professionals.
