Four veteran mediators from leading ADR firms Miles Mediation & Arbitration and Upchurch Watson White & Max will share techniques for organizing and formatting mediations of complex, multi-party, multi-issue lawsuits during a 75-minute Webinar on June 14.
Presenters include Miles founder and CEO John Miles; Miles senior neutral Joseph Murphey; Lawrence M. “Larry” Watson, Jr.; a founding principal of UWWM, and Brenda J. Newman, who had a substantial litigation career before joining the UWWM panel. The group will work its way through example matter and explain several different paths to possible resolution for complex disputes.
These neutrals are uniquely suited to delivering the program. John Miles has mediated thousands of cases throughout his prominent career and is widely considered a pioneer in Georgia’s ADR community.
