Audrey Berland Joins Miles Mediation & Arbitration in Atlanta

ATLANTA, September 21, 2020– Miles Mediation & Arbitration, the largest ADR provider in the Southeast, is proud to announce the addition of Audrey Berland to its panel in Atlanta. Berland is a mediator and special master, specializing in product and pharmaceutical liability, environmental insurance coverage, construction defects, medical malpractice, and employment.

Audrey joins Miles with over 25 years of litigation experience. She has handled a wide variety of commercial and tort litigation matters for both defendants and plaintiffs through all phases of litigation. She has represented a broad range of clients in complex and multiparty matters, including Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and individuals.

In addition to managing a full-time ADR practice, Berland recently joined Ichter Davis to expand the scope of her practice to handling business litigation matters, including enforceability of noncompete and non-solicitation covenants, breach of contract, and tortious interference with the same. Through her experience in managing complex litigation, as well as counseling clients in less complex disputes, Audrey has gained the perspective to hear what is driving parties to litigate, as well as the capacity to assist parties in moving beyond reactionary positions toward conducting informed evaluations of their resolution options.
