A Message from CEO of Miles Mediation & Arbitration

The past few weeks have been a trying and uncertain time. Like many others in the legal community, Miles Mediation & Arbitration is monitoring the evolving impact of COVID-19/Coronavirus.

As the situation continues to develop, our primary focus is on the well-being of our clients, neutrals, staff, visitors, and community members. Many of our clients have expressed concern about their ability to resolve litigation quickly. While we are carefully navigating this uncharted territory, we remain committed to meeting client needs. Long before I knew we would be facing this crisis, we made investments in the future by moving into updated, spacious facilities with new technology. These investments made it possible for us to meet the challenge of these uncertain times.

To find a balance, we have implemented a strict “social distancing policy.” Our offices remain open for clients with pressing needs, and infrastructure is in place to support virtual dispute management. The staff at Miles Mediation & Arbitration is diligently disinfecting surfaces to help reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19 and taking other measures to put clients at ease.

I encourage you to reach out to our neutrals, case managers, leadership, or me with any questions about our policies, services, or virtual ADR options. Please let us know how we can assist you as we continue to support the needs of our clients and communities.

We wish you and your loved ones all the best.

Sincerely,

John Miles, CEO
