It all began when John Miles, after prayerful consideration, left a litigation and law partnership in 2000 to found Miles Mediation & Arbitration Services. At first, John traversed north and south throughout Georgia, successfully resolving disputes in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, insurance defense, construction and others. His motto at the time was "have briefcase, will travel." John opened the firm’s first office in Madison, Georgia in the Spring of 2001 to meet the increasing demand.

With rapid growth and success, our firm quickly outgrew its offices in Madison and, subsequently, Perimeter Center Place in Atlanta. In 2006, John opened and personally designed Miles Mediation’s current office conveniently located in northern Atlanta.
