About the Firm

After prayerful consideration, John Miles left a litigation and law partnership in 2000 to start his own practice specializing in mediation and arbitration. During the first few years John traveled to attorney’s offices to conduct mediations, traversing most of northern and central Georgia in the process. “Have mediator, will travel” was the motto in those days.

In the Spring of 2001, John opened our first office and mediation center in Madison, Georgia. This location was convenient to the Athens area and a good crossroads for middle Georgia. However, it soon became apparent that the vast majority of mediation needs were in the Atlanta area.

In November 2004, an Atlanta location was opened at 115 Perimeter Center Place and a number of mediators were added to the roster. In March 2006, because of the rapid growth of the firm, we moved to our present location at the Concourse Corporate Center, located just off I-285 in the northern suburbs of Atlanta. The increased size of operational space and the comfortable surroundings, allow greater flexibility and convenience in scheduling multiple mediations in one day.

While John has enjoyed the success of the firm since 2001, his main goal and focus of the firm continues to be the protection of the dignity and integrity of all who are in need of our services. He is sincerely committed to the firm motto "where excellence is never mediated."
