Rusty Grant specializes in any type of case that involves injury to person or property that can arise from products liability, professional malpractice, premises liability or many other underlying events. Most of his practice involves diving deep into the cause of injury and exploring the risks of what a jury may conclude if the case does not reach a resolution before trial.
He is a partner with Cruser Mitchell Novitz Sanchez Gaston & Zimet LLP in Atlanta, and outside of his legal practice devotes time to competing in Ironman triathlons.
