Gino Brogdon, Jr. Elevated to Senior Neutral

Mediator Gino Brogdon, Jr. Brogdon joins a small group of full-time, African American mediators in the country. 

 

ATLANTA, GA, June 6, 2019— Miles Mediation & Arbitration announced today that it has promoted mediator Gino Brogdon, Jr. to Senior Neutral, the highest rank at the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) firm. Brogdon is based in Miles Mediation & Arbitration’s Atlanta office.

Brogdon provides neutral evaluation and mediates cases in areas of personal injury, wrongful death, medical and nursing malpractice, premises liability, business, professional liability, construction, civil rights, contracts, cybersecurity, automobile, trucking, civil rights, class action, education, false arrest/imprisonment, government, insurance, and product liability.  Additionally, he is a managing partner of The Brogdon Firm in Atlanta.

 

 

Brogdon was inducted into The National Black Lawyers’ Top 100 Lawyers and The National Trial Lawyers 40 Under 40 and selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2017 and 2018. 

 

An avid supporter of the legal community, Brogdon served on the executive board for Gate City Bar Association and the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Bar Association and is currently a member of the Atlanta Citizen’s Review Board. He is also is a member of the 2016 LEAD Atlanta class and Georgia Trial Lawyers Association’s LEAD program Class of 2016.

He is a graduate of Morehouse College in Atlanta and The University of Georgia, School of Law.
